Terms and conditions of use

Currently we only ship national (within Switzerland) and international (within Europe).

Domestic Orders

Payment:

Orders from Switzerland we send on prepayment (credit cards, postfinance or paypal) or for our regular costumers on invoice.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost for orders from Switzerland: 7 CHF

Delivery Times: 

We ship within 1 day with A-Post.

Returns:

All returns are free! Please send us an email to info@tenebris.ch within 3 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return address label. 

Please note following conditions:

• All products must be returned in their original package without damage or wear.
• In particular, the security label must not be removed!
• Reduced products are not returnable. 

International Orders

Payment:

International orders we send only on prepayment (credit cards or paypal). 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost for orders from Europe (without Switzerland): 8 EUR

Delivery Times: 

We ship within 1 day!

Returns:

Please return your package within 3 days of receiving your order.
